"I like to use a face wash for my dogs so bought the WildWash deep cleanse facial wash, the consistency makes the product hard to apply without lots going down the plug hole. It looked like it removed lots of grime but sadly left my dogs faces very greasy. For the cost of this I was very disappointed."

Grace loves the new WildWash Spa Gentle Ear Cleanser for Dogs. She says…”Firstly you are not putting a long plastic tube into their ear and squirting stuff in like you normally do. You use a cotton wool pad and just wipe. Once you have wiped and the pad is dirty change it for a new one and keep going until the ears are clean. It dissolves all the dirt; it is unbelievable. My old dog gets what looks like tar in her ears through old age – she is almost 18. Using this, the dirt just melted away and she sat there and let me do it and that is the key point I have…the dogs are happy to let you do this, whereas normally if you go to clean a dog’s ears, they run a mile.
I think it is a fantastic product. I thought that the Magic Balm would be impossible to beat, but the Ear Cleanser is just amazing – I cannot see past it. It is 100% natural and has a subtle, clean smell but nothing pungent or chemical. I have used it on all 12 of my dogs – I did the whole lot! I have collies and setters. If you don’t keep your dog’s ears clean they smell and it doesn’t look nice, so this is wonderful for them and you!”

hi, without getting overly excited (much!)..my order of the sensitive shampoo arrived Monday and my itchy little dog has had 3 baths since then (starting as soon as it arrived) and *touching wood*, the improvement is MASSIVE! His scabby areas have cleared up (where he had drawn blood with the itching) and in 5 days have only caught him scratching twice! "Cannot believe how well the shampoo performed....got the poodle clean in just one diluted mixing bottle at a dilution rate of 32 to 1, used a second bottle just to get a really squeaky clean result but even at two bottles that was awesome as my record card for the previous groom (6 months ago!!) was 4 lots of shampoo!! What also impressed was the eradication of odour..

"Just thought I'd let you know about my experience with WildWash.
After grooming for 8 years I have developed an allergic reaction to shampoo.
My hands and forearms came up in a very red itchy rash that was driving me mad.
I read lots about WildWash and decided to try some. I went to Crufts and had a chat to them about my problems. I bought a starter pack to try different types.
I started to use my shampoo and my hands didn't itch my arms have cleared up and gone. Wow thank goodness but I had shampoo from other company's all saying they were natural etc. so I decided now my rash as gone to use the others up! Not a good move my rashes came back. I have now ordered my first proper batch of WildWash and can't wait for the delivery.
This shampoo does exactly what it claims it does. One converted customer.

"I am really impressed with your products, and even 5 days on from shampooing and conditioning, my dogs' coats are still free and full of life, not sticky and dirty. They have free runs in the fields surrounding my home every morning, jumping dykes and playing "fetch". My breed's hair (Portuguese Water Dogs) do not produce any oil, and is basically just like our own hair, except much more of it! therefore dirt and outside oily residues are picked up really quickly and create a sticky barrier which encourages the hair to knot and tangle. This isn't happening. A daily brush as usual but no detangling necessary. It's cut down my work time on grooming by half!"
"I've just read your information sheets for the first time and I must say, they have changed the way I look at grooming shampoos etc. I'm converted. Lollie is a scruffy tart and went out with the ball thrower today so was green and muddy! I bathed her today in itchy and dry and there were several things that came to mind......
* I usually dilute but think the shampoo needs to be stronger - I didn't
* when I bath dogs, the scent doesn't last. I need perfume - I didn't

"Just had to send you a note about the perfumes. They really should be renamed Magic Sprays! I have hairless dogs, and I just LOVE the perfume on them. Not only do they smell lovely - but the perfume hydrates their skin - AND fragrance 3 even cleared up a patch of dry/discoloured skin that moisturizers and oils have not quite been able to combat. My only regret now is that I did not take before pictures to show the difference!!"

"My dog Kara is a Belgian Shepherd Groenendael. The breed have a thick double coat and my bitch has been prone to having red broken skin on either side of the vulva. Every time we went to the vets it was Hibiscrub diluted and steroid gel. I mentioned this to our local stockist Carefree Canines and Nadine recommended Wild Wash for Sensitive skin along with the Paw Balm. I had a think about it and I called Wild Wash to get their opinion and they were so helpful. After trying the Sensitive Shampoo which is diluted once a week followed by the Paw Balm. I have never seen Kara's skin look better. No redness or broken skin. Amazing product and there is no harsh chemicals in the products. I highly recommend Wild Wash. Fantastic products."

I was suffering with a suspected fungal infection so the vet prescribed me Malaseb shampoo which made my skin dry, tight and also made my fur dull and brittle. Eventually we came across @wildwashnatural and a helpful lady recommended I use the sensitive shampoo. After the first wash my skin and fur was noticeably healthier. I no longer had any dry flakes or itchy skin and my coat was soft and shiny. Any bald patches I had from scratching have almost completely grown back after two washes. Not sure if you remember my story. But I’m the woman who has a now elderly Shar Pei still has a severe fungal condition, a vet told me she would have this for the rest of her life, and he wasn’t wrong! However, since changing to WildWash Sensitive, she is much more comfortable now than she was with Malaseb. She is able to have more time in between her shampoos. With Malaseb, I was instructed to wash her at least once a week. Which was fine at first, but as the years went by, I was constantly trying to find something else, because she would scratch. Then break into scabs, which in turn needed cleaning, and or antibiotics. Then the suppliers, where I buy her food suggested your guys product It worked, cooled her skin down, soothed it too, Iam so pleased. Changed to WildWash, never looked back. x"
"Chandi, an Alaskan Malamute has been coming to our grooming salon for the past two years. She has suffered from excessive hair loss, resulting in bald patches, itching and sore red skin. Her owner would always bring her own shampoo, Malaseb, which her vet had prescribed for Chandi’s skin condition. Recently her condition deteriorated, to the extent that her skin was so dry and cracked that it just opened up as we touched it. She was covered in red, sore, weeping lesions and was in such pain a few weeks ago at her grooming session a few weeks ago that she became uncharacteristically aggressive, to the extent we thought we would no longer be able to groom her.
We believed that the Malaseb was actually exacerbating her condition and drying up her already fragile skin to the extent that it was breaking down. We asked Chandi’s owner, if she would cease using the Maleseb for a few weeks and we agreed we would use WildWash Sensitive on her skin. The improvement was almost immediate. We saw Chandi two weeks after her first bath with WildWash Sensitive. The red lesions had healed and the fur had started to grow back. We saw her again last week and well, she was a different dog! The fur had grown some more and was starting to look more even as the previous bald patched were filling in, her skin was elastic again and there was no soreness or redness. She was happy to be groomed and her owner was ecstatic. She is going to talk to her vet about WildWash and hopefully persuade them to recommend WildWash Sensitive to dogs with allergies, poor skin conditions, redness, soreness, dryness and cracking instead of prescribing Maleseb which is designed to treat bacterial, fungal and yeast infections. "I purchased a range of your products from Cruft this year and feel compelled to report on the outcome.
I was impressed with the knowledge and conviction of the ladies who sold me the best shampoo for Fintan my 9 year old, large heavy coated German Shepard who’s allergies have increased with age to the point that after bathing would scratch and lick until red raw with open sores.
I have now been able to use shampoo because of lockdown restrictions on groomers.
Everything that was claimed by the products of which I was very dubious are true!
Fintan was bathed yesterday and as I had also bought the mixing bottle, I could not believe so small an amount of shampoo would be enough to wash a large dog, but it did, easily. Next the conditioner made brushing him out so simple as the coat was detangled without pulling or pain.
Bath time went from a dreadful to a delightful experience, but it is normally the following week that Fintan suffers the most pain and irritation , but he was absolutely fine, no reaction at all to the products used to bath him, his coat is shiny soft and silky, the best I have ever seen it.
If possible can you please pass this information on to the ladies who persuaded me to use these products, it’s the best decision I have ever made and I recommend to buy the complete range as mixing bottle is vital.

"Having ignored the advice of every equestrian I know by buying two very white greys I seem to spend an awful lot of time bathing mine and my daughter’s horse and pony. I have to be particularly thorough with Monty, my daughters super white show pony. Not only does he have to look spotless in the show ring but he also has very sensitive skin so I can’t use anything that might aggravate it. But I’m always up to the challenge of testing/reviewing something new. As it was, there was a horse on the yard that has urticarial (the lumps/swellings were from the shoulder to flank area), some had even developed into scurfy scabs, so after reading up on this medicated shampoo I thought this was an ideal candidate to test it on. Using as directed with its own mixing bottle, it was easy to apply and rinse off, leaving a pleasant aroma, but the real test for me was the fact that the horse didn’t react to the shampoo, if anything her condition took a turn for the better. It also left the horse with a shiny clean coat and is a shampoo I would use again and recommend other to do so."

"Maisie our Frenchie suddenly developed allergies which caused her to scratch her ears, lick her paws and rub her bottom.
We tried various things to stop her irritation but found nothing to sooth her skin which at times became bald with open sores.
We tried WildWash healing paw balm at a show and it stopped her constant ear scratching instantly for 3 hours, so we purchased one before going home! We now use it morning and night and if she does start to become itchy in between these times we put some more on.
Her skin has calmed down and the fur is slowly re-growing. Maisie seems to enjoy having the balm applied and will sit by me and offer each ear for me to apply it. Normally she will run a mile when she sees the latest treatment coming.
We also use it on her paws and bottom with success, but her ears were worst affected and very sore, she would often scratch until she yelped, using this has stopped all that.

"This has been used two to three times a week since receiving it as I was concerned about the heat emanating from the pavements when the dogs were being walked. Suffice to say you’d not get me walking around in bare feet! It helps protect the pads from the hot concrete/tarmac and also from the heat of the sand while on holiday. "I was looking forward to trialing this as it was a completely new brand to me. The repellent is made from a selection of natural essential oils as opposed to chemicals which I felt would be better for their skins. Our ponies often have very small ticks on their faces and bodies, especially in the spring due to the fact that wild deer can be seen sharing their fields. The product comes in a spray bottle but rather than having the ponies disappear at the first sound, I used it on a sponge to rub over their faces. I tried it on three young ponies out of five in the same field. Used daily for two weeks, there appeared to be a noticeable difference between the two groups, as I scarcely found any ticks on the trial group. It also seemed to repel clegs from biting the ponies. I am interested in continuing to assess this repellent over the summer as the larger ticks appear, to see if it is still as successful in preventing these ones from attaching themselves to the ponies."

"Just to give you a little back story – I rescued 3 dogs two years ago from the most terrible of conditions, they came to me extremely underweight, unkept and struggled in a lot of situations. "Our tester, Susan Lacey, says: Finally a fly repellent that actually works, so yes I’m really impressed with this. Smells really nice and it’s easy to apply and I never had any problems with the spray nozzle, unlike other products. Worked really well against midges - this has been tested on my horses, also on humans including baby, great as all natural no harmful products so no irritation to anybody. I have one bottle which permanently lives in the pram so I have it wherever we go, much to everybody’s relief. "Omg, this is great. Although I still have administered the regular veterinary flea/tick repellent, I have used this product on a weekly basis.
As the dogs are walked daily in fields, either from home or when we’re elsewhere with the caravan, it’s great to have the added protection this product gives.
Not only have the dogs been regularly sprayed, but so have their beds and any other pieces of furniture I find them on, as it all adds to the repellent factor, and it smells so good too. As it’s made from natural oils, I also sprayed it on myself when I was plagues with ‘mossies’ – and it worked!! So, I shall be keeping a bottle of this with my travelling canine kit."
"Although it did recommend use for bay and black horses, I also used it on my coloured pony who luckily didn’t turn a funny colour! A highly concentrated product and to use I had to put a couple of pumps from the dispenser into a second bottle provided which I then topped up with water. I used only two of the larger bottles to bathe each of my horses. My friend remarked just how shiny my bay mare was! This product is beautifully fragrant due to its combination of essential oils. The horses’ coats were left clean, fresh and silky and the fragrance lingered for several days. No adverse reactions were seen; on the contrary, my pony who has a tendency to itch his mane and tail actually stopped. A really good shampoo that I will continue to use!"

Grace loves the new WildWash Spa Gentle Ear Cleanser for Dogs. She says…”Firstly you are not putting a long plastic tube into their ear and squirting stuff in like you normally do. You use a cotton wool pad and just wipe. Once you have wiped and the pad is dirty change it for a new one and keep going until the ears are clean. It dissolves all the dirt; it is unbelievable. My old dog gets what looks like tar in her ears through old age – she is almost 18. Using this, the dirt just melted away and she sat there and let me do it and that is the key point I have…the dogs are happy to let you do this, whereas normally if you go to clean a dog’s ears, they run a mile.
I think it is a fantastic product. I thought that the Magic Balm would be impossible to beat, but the Ear Cleanser is just amazing – I cannot see past it. It is 100% natural and has a subtle, clean smell but nothing pungent or chemical. I have used it on all 12 of my dogs – I did the whole lot! I have collies and setters. After grooming for 8 years I have developed an allergic reaction to shampoo.
My hands and forearms came up in a very red itchy rash that was driving me mad.
I read lots about WildWash and decided to try some. I went to Crufts and had a chat to them about my problems. I bought a starter pack to try different types.
I started to use my shampoo and my hands didn't itch my arms have cleared up and gone. Wow thank goodness but I had shampoo from other company's all saying they were natural etc. so I decided now my rash as gone to use the others up! Not a good move my rashes came back. "I am really impressed with your products, and even 5 days on from shampooing and conditioning, my dogs' coats are still free and full of life, not sticky and dirty. They have free runs in the fields surrounding my home every morning, jumping dykes and playing "fetch". My breed's hair (Portuguese Water Dogs) do not produce any oil, and is basically just like our own hair, except much more of it! therefore dirt and outside oily residues are picked up really quickly and create a sticky barrier which encourages the hair to knot and tangle. This isn't happening. A daily brush as usual but no detangling necessary. It's cut down my work time on grooming by half!"

"My dog Kara is a Belgian Shepherd Groenendael. The breed have a thick double coat and my bitch has been prone to having red broken skin on either side of the vulva. Every time we went to the vets it was Hibiscrub diluted and steroid gel. I mentioned this to our local stockist Carefree Canines and Nadine recommended Wild Wash for Sensitive skin along with the Paw Balm. I had a think about it and I called Wild Wash to get their opinion and they were so helpful. After trying the Sensitive Shampoo which is diluted once a week followed by the Paw Balm. I no longer had any dry flakes or itchy skin and my coat was soft and shiny. Any bald patches I had from scratching have almost completely grown back after two washes. Not sure if you remember my story. But I’m the woman who has a now elderly Shar Pei still has a severe fungal condition, a vet told me she would have this for the rest of her life, and he wasn’t wrong! However, since changing to WildWash Sensitive, she is much more comfortable now than she was with Malaseb. She is able to have more time in between her shampoos. With Malaseb, I was instructed to wash her at least once a week. Which was fine at first, but as the years went by, I was constantly trying to find something else, because she would scratch. Then break into scabs, which in turn needed cleaning, and or antibiotics. Then the suppliers, where I buy her food suggested your guys product It worked, cooled her skin down, soothed it too, Iam so pleased. Changed to WildWash, never looked back. x"
"Chandi, an Alaskan Malamute has been coming to our grooming salon for the past two years. She has suffered from excessive hair loss, resulting in bald patches, itching and sore red skin. Her owner would always bring her own shampoo, Malaseb, which her vet had prescribed for Chandi’s skin condition. Recently her condition deteriorated, to the extent that her skin was so dry and cracked that it just opened up as we touched it. She was covered in red, sore, weeping lesions and was in such pain a few weeks ago at her grooming session a few weeks ago that she became uncharacteristically aggressive, to the extent we thought we would no longer be able to groom her.
We believed that the Malaseb was actually exacerbating her condition and drying up her already fragile skin to the extent that it was breaking down. We asked Chandi’s owner, if she would cease using the Maleseb for a few weeks and we agreed we would use WildWash Sensitive on her skin. The improvement was almost immediate. We saw Chandi two weeks after her first bath with WildWash Sensitive. The red lesions had healed and the fur had started to grow back. We saw her again last week and well, she was a different dog! The fur had grown some more and was starting to look more even as the previous bald patched were filling in, her skin was elastic again and there was no soreness or redness. She was happy to be groomed and her owner was ecstatic. She is going to talk to her vet about WildWash and hopefully persuade them to recommend WildWash Sensitive to dogs with allergies, poor skin conditions, redness, soreness, dryness and cracking instead of prescribing Maleseb which is designed to treat bacterial, fungal and yeast infections. "I purchased a range of your products from Cruft this year and feel compelled to report on the outcome.
I was impressed with the knowledge and conviction of the ladies who sold me the best shampoo for Fintan my 9 year old, large heavy coated German Shepard who’s allergies have increased with age to the point that after bathing would scratch and lick until red raw with open sores.
I have now been able to use shampoo because of lockdown restrictions on groomers.
Everything that was claimed by the products of which I was very dubious are true!
Fintan was bathed yesterday and as I had also bought the mixing bottle, I could not believe so small an amount of shampoo would be enough to wash a large dog, but it did, easily. Next the conditioner made brushing him out so simple as the coat was detangled without pulling or pain.
Bath time went from a dreadful to a delightful experience, but it is normally the following week that Fintan suffers the most pain and irritation , but he was absolutely fine, no reaction at all to the products used to bath him, his coat is shiny soft and silky, the best I have ever seen it.
If possible can you please pass this information on to the ladies who persuaded me to use these products, it’s the best decision I have ever made and I recommend to buy the complete range as mixing bottle is vital.

"Having ignored the advice of every equestrian I know by buying two very white greys I seem to spend an awful lot of time bathing mine and my daughter’s horse and pony. I have to be particularly thorough with Monty, my daughters super white show pony. Not only does he have to look spotless in the show ring but he also has very sensitive skin so I can’t use anything that might aggravate it. As it was, there was a horse on the yard that has urticarial (the lumps/swellings were from the shoulder to flank area), some had even developed into scurfy scabs, so after reading up on this medicated shampoo I thought this was an ideal candidate to test it on. Using as directed with its own mixing bottle, it was easy to apply and rinse off, leaving a pleasant aroma, but the real test for me was the fact that the horse didn’t react to the shampoo, if anything her condition took a turn for the better. It also left the horse with a shiny clean coat and is a shampoo I would use again and recommend other to do so."

"Maisie our Frenchie suddenly developed allergies which caused her to scratch her ears, lick her paws and rub her bottom.
We tried various things to stop her irritation but found nothing to sooth her skin which at times became bald with open sores.
We tried WildWash healing paw balm at a show and it stopped her constant ear scratching instantly for 3 hours, so we purchased one before going home! We now use it morning and night and if she does start to become itchy in between these times we put some more on.
Her skin has calmed down and the fur is slowly re-growing. Maisie seems to enjoy having the balm applied and will sit by me and offer each ear for me to apply it. Normally she will run a mile when she sees the latest treatment coming.
We also use it on her paws and bottom with success, but her ears were worst affected and very sore, she would often scratch until she yelped, using this has stopped all that.

"This has been used two to three times a week since receiving it as I was concerned about the heat emanating from the pavements when the dogs were being walked. Suffice to say you’d not get me walking around in bare feet! It helps protect the pads from the hot concrete/tarmac and also from the heat of the sand while on holiday. "I was looking forward to trialing this as it was a completely new brand to me. The repellent is made from a selection of natural essential oils as opposed to chemicals which I felt would be better for their skins. Our ponies often have very small ticks on their faces and bodies, especially in the spring due to the fact that wild deer can be seen sharing their fields. The product comes in a spray bottle but rather than having the ponies disappear at the first sound, I used it on a sponge to rub over their faces. I tried it on three young ponies out of five in the same field. Used daily for two weeks, there appeared to be a noticeable difference between the two groups, as I scarcely found any ticks on the trial group. It also seemed to repel clegs from biting the ponies. I am interested in continuing to assess this repellent over the summer as the larger ticks appear, to see if it is still as successful in preventing these ones from attaching themselves to the ponies."

"Our tester, Susan Lacey, says: Finally a fly repellent that actually works, so yes I’m really impressed with this. Smells really nice and it’s easy to apply and I never had any problems with the spray nozzle, unlike other products. Worked really well against midges - this has been tested on my horses, also on humans including baby, great as all natural no harmful products so no irritation to anybody. I have one bottle which permanently lives in the pram so I have it wherever we go, much to everybody’s relief. Would I go out and buy this product myself YES also would really highly recommend to others. PS. It’s great on dogs too!!"
"Omg, this is great. Although I still have administered the regular veterinary flea/tick repellent, I have used this product on a weekly basis.
As the dogs are walked daily in fields, either from home or when we’re elsewhere with the caravan, it’s great to have the added protection this product gives.
Not only have the dogs been regularly sprayed, but so have their beds and any other pieces of furniture I find them on, as it all adds to the repellent factor, and it smells so good too. As it’s made from natural oils, I also sprayed it on myself when I was plagues with ‘mossies’ – and it worked!! So, I shall be keeping a bottle of this with my travelling canine kit."
"Although it did recommend use for bay and black horses, I also used it on my coloured pony who luckily didn’t turn a funny colour! A highly concentrated product and to use I had to put a couple of pumps from the dispenser into a second bottle provided which I then topped up with water. I used only two of the larger bottles to bathe each of my horses. My friend remarked just how shiny my bay mare was! This product is beautifully fragrant due to its combination of essential oils. The horses’ coats were left clean, fresh and silky and the fragrance lingered for several days. No adverse reactions were seen; on the contrary, my pony who has a tendency to itch his mane and tail actually stopped. A really good shampoo that I will continue to use!"

I found it to give the hooves a great shiny lustre that seemed to last. Applied regularly over the testing period, I can now see an all round improvement in the hoof quality of my ’test pilot’. The magic pot’s use continued when used on a minor cut, which I applied after cleaning with warm water. It certainly kept the skin soft, speeding the healing process. Another benefit I have found is it has left my weathered working hands nice and soft, so much so I’m considering a little pot for inside the house! It has a wonderful smell, absorbs quickly and leaves no residues, a very versatile product and a definite must for the tack box."

Grace loves the new WildWash Spa Gentle Ear Cleanser for Dogs. She says…”Firstly you are not putting a long plastic tube into their ear and squirting stuff in like you normally do. You use a cotton wool pad and just wipe. Once you have wiped and the pad is dirty change it for a new one and keep going until the ears are clean. It dissolves all the dirt; it is unbelievable. My old dog gets what looks like tar in her ears through old age – she is almost 18. Using this, the dirt just melted away and she sat there and let me do it and that is the key point I have…the dogs are happy to let you do this, whereas normally if you go to clean a dog’s ears, they run a mile.
I think it is a fantastic product. I thought that the Magic Balm would be impossible to beat, but the Ear Cleanser is just amazing – I cannot see past it. It is 100% natural and has a subtle, clean smell but nothing pungent or chemical. I have used it on all 12 of my dogs – I did the whole lot! I have collies and setters. If you don’t keep your dog’s ears clean they smell and it doesn’t look nice, so this is wonderful for them and you!”
